Background in sectors such as manufacturing, resources, utilities, or infrastructure
Familiarity with industry standards and best practices for safety, reliability and cyber security in control systems
Experience working in multi-region or multi-site project delivery teams
Exposure to continuous improvement initiatives and feedback-driven process enhancements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, Control Systems or a related discipline
Relevant trade or diploma qualifications in industrial automation or control systems (for candidates with strong practical experience)
Professional engineering affiliation or eligibility (e.g. Engineers Australia) preferred
Vendor or industry certifications in PLC/SCADA/HMI platforms advantageous
