Description
Key Responsibilities
To be successful, you will be self-motivated, focused on continuous improvement and committed to working collaboratively with your colleagues.
Support the continued development and evolution of MPK proprietary equipment including the WES LWW/Flaring/closed loop equipment, as well as increasing electrical compliance across all Services Business Units
Provide engineering & technical support to E&I; Construction Team(s)
Provide electrical drafting support
Produce QA and Drawing Work packs for the Field Electricians
Contribute to the production of the Company's - Manufacturers Data Records (MDR)
Assist the Electrical Supervisors with the purchase of E&I; materials supplied by the Company
Assist with plant commissioning projects
Progress reporting to Lead Engineer
Use relevant Australian Standards, Codes of Practice /Procedures to make technical determinations
Liaise and co-ordinate with Company Construction Teams
Skills And Experiences
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
2+ years' experience/exposure to ELV/LV Electrical Design preferably in Oil & Gas and/or E&I; Construction in Hazardous Areas
Tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering
Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office
Strong organisational skills, ability to multitask and work independently
Adaptable, flexible, and good at problem solving
Robust verbal and written communication skills
The following Skills will be highly regarded:
Experience with SolidWorks Electrical.
Experience with mobile plant
Experience with PLC/SCADA control systems
