This is a hands-on role at the heart of the Buying process.
You'll work closely with Buyers, Category Managers, In-House Brand, Sourcing, Marketing, Digital, Planning, Operations and our vendor partners to bring products from idea to customer.
You'll combine
commercial thinking, data and attention to detail

Help build and maintain commercially strong,

customer-focused ranges across Kitchen Warehouse, with a particular focus on our growing In-House Brand portfolio.
You'll use product performance, customer behaviour, market trends and commercial data to support range decisions, identify opportunities and ensure our SKU portfolio remains relevant and profitable.
A key component of the role is In-House Brand Critical Path management, taking ownership of the Critical Path Pipeline Project and keeping projects moving from development through to launch.
This includes coordinating stakeholders, timelines, samples, approvals and escalation of issues that could impact delivery.
You'll also support product setup, SKU profitability, sample management, product testing, store and website execution and the ongoing integrity of our range.

You'll support Buyers and Category Managers in delivering sales and profit targets through pricing, availability, product visibility, promotional activity and range optimisation.
This includes identifying slow moving products, supporting cost negotiations and contributing to post-seasonal reviews and recommendations.
You'll also use AI tools to accelerate analysis, market research and the preparation of reports and presentations.
Most importantly, you'll be comfortable turning the numbers into clear recommendations and actions.
Marketing Support
Bring new products and ranges to life by connecting Buying with Marketing, Content, Digital and Visual Merchandising.
You'll coordinate the information, approvals and product assets required to launch new ranges successfully, ensuring product content, artwork, EDMs, PDPs, VM requirements and campaign activity are accurate and delivered to deadline.
You'll also contribute to campaign exit reviews and future planning, helping the team learn from each activity.
Vendor Management
Build strong, professional relationships with our vendor base and become a trusted point of contact for day-to-day Buying requirements.
You'll participate in vendor meetings, coordinate submissions and samples, support new vendor onboarding and help identify new product and commercial opportunities.
The role also involves keeping vendor actions moving, resolving issues and working collaboratively with Finance and other teams where required.
Communication & Collaboration
Buying sits at the centre of a highly collaborative business, so strong communication is essential.
You'll work across Planning, Marketing, Digital, Finance, Operations,

Stores and Customer Service to keep information flowing and ensure everyone is aligned to range, product and promotional activity.
You'll also respond to store queries, support product knowledge and help build strong working relationships across the wider business and vendor network.
Stay close to the customer and understand how our products perform in the real world, respond to customer feedback and help resolve product issues.
Store and competitor visits will also provide valuable insight into how Kitchen Warehouse can continue to improve its offer.
