About the Opportunity
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced
Project Administrator
to join a well-established construction services business operating across the Northern Territory.
Supporting multiple divisions, you'll play a key role in the successful delivery of major infrastructure and defence-related projects, including large-scale marine and government works.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role suited to someone who can
hit the ground running
, enjoys variety, and thrives in a structured project workplace.
This position plays a critical role in ensuring projects are
well-organised, compliant, and running efficiently
.
You'll be the central point of coordination, supporting teams across multiple projects and contributing directly to successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to Project Managers, Construction Managers, and engineering teams
Coordinate meetings, site visits, and project logistics including travel, accommodation, and inductions
Assist with mobilisation and onboarding of project personnel
Maintain and manage project documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Support project delivery from mobilisation through to completion
Liaise with internal teams, site personnel, and external stakeholders
Utilise systems including
Procore, Servicemate, Hammertech, and SharePoint
About You
Proven experience in a
Project Administration
role within construction, engineering, or a similar industry in Australia.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Experience using project management systems (Procore, Hammertech, etc.) highly regarded
High attention to detail and ability to work in a compliant, process-driven environment
Confident communicator with a proactive, can-do attitude
