In the role, you will:
Field calls from customers and process sales orders
Create sales quotes for customers
Build rapport with existing and new customers across the industry sectors




Provide product information to customers
Update customers on stock supply & delivery timeframes
Requirements
To be successful it is essential that you have internal sales support experience.
Experienced putting quotes together, you will have:
Minimum 1-2 years internal sales support/customer service experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Exceptional customer service
