We deliver these services through our team of over **** people and fleet of over **** buses.As a business who genuinely cares about our customers, our people, and our environment, we are industry leaders in delivering zero-emission technology, investing in our communities, training and developing our people, and providing an inclusive workplace which reflects the communities we serveThe opportunity:We are seeking a vibrant and professional Sales Manager who has the drive and motivation to nurture a successful sales portfolio across South-East Queensland, along with developing current business and managing a small, high achieving team.What you will do:Manage relationships with key charter and private contract clients, building on existing contracts and identifying opportunities for growthInterrogating and researching markets to identify growth opportunities and customersFinding and developing new markets and improving salesPlanning and overseeing new marketing initiativesDeveloping goals for business growth and ensuring they are metParticipate in continuous improvement initiativesPreparing and delivering on budgets and contract expectationsDeveloping quotes, proposals and sales initiatives for clientsThe boxes you will tick:Ideally you will come from a similar role with experience in transport, tourism, events, or charter/contract sales, however we are open to hearing from exceptional candidates who have transferrable skills.
