This is an exciting opportunity for a vibrant and enthusiastic Qualified Practitioner who is driven and keen to share their wealth of experience, to join our Audiology Training Team.The ideal candidate should be able to up-skill our practitioners using their superior clinical and product knowledge.
They should also be able to connect with our practitioners in an engaging and energetic manner.Job responsibilities:Deliver practitioner coaching programsPrepare training plans for identified areas of improvementTrain through a variety of methodologies including e-learning, online and face-to-face sessionsConduct induction programs for new practitionersAdminister on-the-job trainingDevelop and update training modulesSupport interns and OSTA on internship journeyThe ideal candidate:QP audiologist for a minimum of one yearHave supervised university students and or new graduatesPassion for training and service excellenceConfident public speakerHave knowledge of MS Office SuiteWilling to travelHighly organised and deadline drivenProven leader with the ability to deliver resultsAbout the role:Applicants must be based in Metro Location in either Victoria or Recent South Wales but will provide training coverage beyond your home stateFull time Audiology Training RoleThis position reports into the Training ManagerPutting People FirstOne of the ways we amplify careers is by helping our people achieve their full potential.
