You will guide cultural protocols, manage cultural heritage requirements, and support Indigenous employment and procurement outcomes.
The role reports to the Operational Support Manager and works closely with delivery, setting, land access, procurement and communications teams.What are the key accountabilities for the position?
Lead Aboriginal engagement and build strong relationshipsGuide cultural protocols across the projectManage cultural heritage obligations and CHMP processesDrive Indigenous employment and procurement outcomesDeliver cultural capability trainingProvide advice to leaders and project teamsRequired Skills and CompetenciesAboriginal and Torres Strait Islander personExperience in Aboriginal engagementUnderstanding of cultural heritage legislationLeadership and stakeholder skillsExperience on large infrastructure projectsWhat we offerAt ACCIONA,
