Arsenault is seeking an IT Support Officer for a Victorian state government contract.
You will provide level 1 desktop support and guide users through IT problems, while playing a key role in end-user computing priorities locally.The role requires provisioning hardware for current starters, creating user guides, and managing IT assets and AV setups.
Experience with Microsoft 365, Teams Telephony, MDM, Domino Notes, and Crestron hardware is valued.
