Our people enable us to make a difference and deliver exceptional experiences to help our customers achieve financial freedom.Your Team The PMO sit within the Enterprise Delivery Team which is part of CFS's Chief Operating Office which is accountable for the transformation of the business and the end-to-end delivery of programs and projects for CFS.
The Enterprise Delivery team works closely across the whole business to bring together the capabilities needed to deliver change that matters to our customers and to our people.This is a 6 month contract role with a view to extend.Your ResponsibilitiesEnsure financial information projects, programs and portfolios is accurate and up-to-date.Support Project managers in building quality forecasts and ensuring project costs are captured correctlyPrepare and provide regular, timely and accurate project reporting to key stakeholder groups in accordance with required format and timeframesComplete reviews of data held within our delivery tools to ensure that changes have been implemented effectivelySupport the Portfolio Office and Delivery in implementing governance standards across relevant projects, programs and portfoliosSupport the project Change Control process to maintain compliance, by ensuring that all change management requests are managed correctly and within expected timeframesSupport the effective identification and management of risks and issues in alignment with the risk and issue management framework.
Helping to minimise or remove the impact on CFSYour Capability and ExperienceExperience in a Portfolio Management Office or Enterprise PMO supporting change across a business wide transformation / large complex business and technology programs.Experience within the Australian financial services industry.Good understanding of Lean Portfolio Management; principles and practices.Robust computer literacy, with advanced skills with MS Office products including Excel, PowerPoint, Word; knowledge of and experience in using Oracle ERM is desired but not essentialExperience in using Project Management and collaboration software such as Sharepoint and Power BiExcellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detailCFS Culture At CFS we are committed to creating a thriving environment where individuals can flourish.
