Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mortgage Broker to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland.
As a Mortgage Broker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to new and existing clients, internal staff and business partners.
You will be responsible for evaluating client information, finding the right lending solutions, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies.
Additionally, you will play a crucial role in business development by establishing rapport with current and existing referral partners to generate leads.Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and referral partnersAct as a liaison between our support team, clients, lenders, and referral partnersProvide timely updates to all business partners in accordance with current processesReturn all enquiry calls within one business dayMeet with prospective and existing clients to understand their requirements and objectivesFollow established business processes to request necessary documentation from clientsEvaluate client-provided information and collaborate with lenders to find suitable solutionsEnsure client privacy and maintain security of files at all timesEnsure that all client files are fully completed in compliance with regulations and internal policiesDevelop rapport with new and existing referral partners to establish a strong networkEducate referral partners on identifying opportunities for lead generationQualifications:To be successful in this role you should have:Diploma in Finance or Mortgage BrokingTwo years' experience writing loansExtensive knowledge of lending practicesExcellent customer service skills both face-to-face, over email and on the phoneAbility handle multiple tasks efficientlyAbility handle stressful situations calmlyWorking Conditions:This is a full-time position based out of our office in Spring Hill, Brisbane.
The working hours are standard full-time hours.
There may be a need to work evenings and weekends, as well as travel to other locations occasionally.
