You will lead small teams, assess equipment and processes, and contribute to current procedures to improve service delivery.You will bring a Diploma or Advanced Diploma in a technical discipline and a strong background in laboratory science, particularly in a Blood Bank or medical lab environment, with excellent problem-solving and teamwork abilities
