AECC is the world leader in international education with a number of related business lines including student placement into education providers across all sectors, as well visa and migration services to international students.Role PurposeReporting to the Student Placement Manager at the Melbourne branchyou will be responsible for providingstudent placement support and visa guidance to AECC international students for the Filipino studentmarkethere in Australia.What Does This Opportunity Mean for YouWe receive a large number of enquiries from our students.
You will be responsible for counselling these enquiries and selling our services, over the phone, email & in person.Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:Deliver high quality customer service/experience by understanding and meeting students' needsFocus on growing the Filipino and East AsiaSubcontinent student marketAchieve excellent customer service by proactively responding to student queries and guiding them on their study and visa needs.Achieve individual student placement target by applying effective sales conversion techniquesTracking and managing lead (enquiries)



and student life cycle pipeline on company Customer Relationship Management platformIncrease referrals from existing students and other student communities/eventsEngagement activitieswith education institution representativesTeam skills and strong relationship-building skills.Other related tasks as required by the businessSkills and Attributes RequiredThis role is heavily customer and sales focused in the International Education sector.
You will be required to have thefollowing experience/skills:Fluent in Tagalog and English.A minimumof 1-2 years experience in the International Education IndustryQEAC Certified candidates would be preferredValid Australian visa with full time work rights(An active 485 visa or Permanent Residents only)Be customer-centric and can work in a cross-cultural environmentUnderstand the needs of international studentsProven track record of robust sales achievementExcellent communication skills - written, verbal, interpersonalDemonstrated team playerExperience in using Customer Relationship Management platformsOther InformationCandidates who have prior education counselling experience will be highly regarded.Attractive salary packages based on experience + incentives and bonuses
