About The Opportunity
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional event experiences?
Join our team at the Bundaberg Multiplex Sport & Convention Centre and help create memorable business and corporate events that showcase the best of our region.
This role plays a key part in coordinating venue operations, supporting clients from planning through to delivery, and ensuring every event is delivered to a high professional standard.
Working closely with customers, contractors, and internal teams, you'll contribute to the reputation and ongoing success of one of the region's premier event venues.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following key selection criteria:
Experience in event management, hospitality, business administration, or a related field with a strong customer focus.
Proven ability to deliver outstanding service and build positive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities and event requirements.
Confidence using Microsoft Office and other business systems to manage bookings, schedules, and event administration.
A proactive and flexible approach, including a willingness to work weekends and public holidays when required
