Where
You'll
Make
a
Difference
Lead,
coach,
and
develop
the
Engineering
team.
Manage
CAPEX
and
OPEX
project
portfolios
from
planning
through
commissioning.
Provide
technical
leadership
and
support
engineering
decision-making.
Drive
continuous
improvement,
innovation,
and
asset
optimization
initiatives.
Ensure
compliance
with
engineering
standards,
safety
requirements,
and
regulatory
obligations.
Lead
risk
assessments,
Management
of
Change
(MOC),
and
process
safety
activities.
Develop
site
engineering
strategies
aligned
with
business
objectives.
Collaborate
with
Operations,
Maintenance,
Quality,
EHS,
Procurement,
Finance,
and
external
partners
to
deliver
sustainable
business
results.




What Makes You the Right Fit
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
Proven leadership experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
Solid project management and capital investment experience.
Solid understanding of engineering standards, process safety, and regulatory compliance.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
How Would You Stand Out?
Experience in food ingredients, chemicals, flavors & fragrances, or process manufacturing.
PMP or Professional Engineering certification.
Experience leading automation, digitalization, or sustainability projects.
