1. Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional project teams to successfully deliver critical and complex ICT programs.
2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills to facilitate effective stakeholder coordination, collaboration and engagement.
3. Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including business partners, cross-agency collaborations and service providers.
4. Experience with/ and application of project management frameworks and methodologies such as Agile and Hybrid Agile.
5. Ability to represent the team and branch in project governance meetings, providing explicit, up-to-date reports on projects status and risk implications to ensure successful project delivery.
