The Person
Experience in a premium buffet environment.
Ability to handle and serve food safely.
Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and presentation.
Ability to work effectively as part of a large service and kitchen team.
Strong time-management skills.
Flexible attitude and willingness to support different service areas as required.
Commitment to maintaining high service standards at all times.
Background in hospitality highly advantageous
Current Working with Children Check, or ability to obtain
Has I'm Alert and Food Safe training
Friendly, customer-oriented attitude
Being flexible to handle diverse tasks

Assist the kitchen to prepare and present food and beverages
Provide friendly customer service

Operate the till to take orders and process transactions
