We're currently seeking talented senior chefs across multiple culinary disciplines.
As a Junior Sous Chef or Sous Chef, you'll play a key leadership role within your kitchen, working alongside experienced culinary professionals to deliver exceptional guest experiences while developing and mentoring team members.
This is an exciting chance to broaden your experience, enhance your leadership capability and gain exposure to diverse culinary operations, all within a world-class hospitality environment.
What You'll Be Doing
Supporting daily kitchen operations and service delivery
Leading, coaching and developing culinary team members
Maintaining exceptional food quality, consistency and presentation standards
Championing food safety, HACCP and compliance requirements
Assisting with rostering, stock control and kitchen efficiencies
Contributing to a positive, high-performing and collaborative culture
Driving exceptional guest experiences through culinary excellence
About You
You'll bring:
Experience as a Junior Sous Chef, Sous Chef,



or similar leadership roles within kitchen enviroments
Strong culinary knowledge and operational expertise
A passion for developing and mentoring others
Excellent communication and leadership skills
A commitment to quality, safety and continuous improvement
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (minimum requirement)
Current & valid Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (essential)
Experience in hotel operations, buffet production, grill-focused kitchens or pizza preparation is highly regarded, depending on the role.
