This is an exciting prospect for an Administrator to join our Perth Transport Team covering maternity leave for an initial 6 months.
You will play an integral part in supporting our highly skilled team and its leaders to deliver a range of civil infrastructure projects.
Specifically, you will:
Provide administration support for bids and project work
Organise and manage diaries, meetings, travel and accommodation
Keep team information up to date within a number of internal systems
Prepare and review documents including presentations, emails, reports, and agendas
Support to reach your goals
