Sous Chef

Pasta

Grill
section.
Responsibilities:
Lead your section and support the Head Chef
Prepare dishes to high standards
Supervise junior staff and maintain a clean, organised kitchen
Requirements:
Experience as Chef de Partie or Sous Chef
Expertise in pasta or grill cooking
Strong leadership, organisation, and hygiene skills
