You'll be the first point of contact for clients and visitors and play an integral role in the smooth daily operations of a customer-focused, values-driven organisation.

What You'll Be Doing:
Greeting clients and handling incoming phone and email enquiries with warmth and professionalism
Maintaining an organised and welcoming front office environment
Providing day-to-day administrative support across the team
Coordinating scheduling, correspondence, and internal communications
Assisting with basic finance admin tasks
Supporting basic HR admin functions (e.g. onboarding forms, updating employee records, interview scheduling)
