5+ years of experience in software engineering, with

Must have experience in
AS/400 and Java
Proven experience with Microsoft Azure AI Studio, Azure Machine Learning, and enterprise cloud platforms.
Solid background in enterprise architecture and large-scale distributed systems.
Demonstrated leadership experience managing senior engineering teams in complex organizations.
Deep understanding of banking systems, financial regulations, and risk/compliance frameworks.
