About the Role
We are seeking motivated and compassionate Enrolled Nurses to join our team at Kimba Hospital on a casual basis.
In this role, you will support Registered Nurses and Midwives in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to patients across a diverse rural health setting.
You will work within your scope of practice while contributing to safe, effective, and evidence-based care.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver safe, person-centred nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse
Undertake clinical assessments and routine nursing procedures
Monitor and report changes in patient conditions
Support quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
Assist and collaborate with the wider healthcare team
Provide education to patients, families, and carers
Contribute to a positive and respectful workplace culture
About You
You are a dedicated and adaptable Enrolled Nurse who thrives in a team environment and is committed to delivering quality care.
Essential Requirements:
Enrolled or eligible for enrolment with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
Current practising certificate
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritise workload and respond to clinical changes
Commitment to person-centred care
Desirable:
Experience in a healthcare setting
Interest in rural and regional health
Experience with quality improvement activities
