Typically 6AM-2PM Occasionally 2PM-8:30PM

THE POSITION
Supervision of food preparation, cooking, and presentation of all dishes
Ensure staff comply with food safety procedures and site food safety plan
Assist in the management of labour and food costs in line with budget




Oversee the correct use of stock control systems
THE PERSON
Cert III Commercial Cookery or equivalent
Prior Food Hygiene training and/or accreditation
Model high standards of performance and behaviour
Posses a Working with Vulnerable People Check, Police Check and Serology Report (or be willing to obtain all of these)
