Civil Engineering Interns
through our "Try Before You Hire" Professional Internship Program.
ABOUT OUR CLIENTS
As a Civil Engineering Intern, you will be working under the guidance of professional engineers and project managers in well-established construction, infrastructure, or consulting companies, contributing to real-world projects and gaining practical, on-the-job training.

A 12-week unpaid internship, working 3 days per week
The opportunity to demonstrate your skills and secure a paid civil engineering role
A potential hourly pay rate of $30 to $40 upon successful job placement
ABOUT THE POSITION
During the internship, you may gain experience in:
Assisting with site inspections, surveying, and quality control
Preparing engineering drawings, specifications, and reports
Supporting design and planning for roads, buildings, drainage, and other infrastructure




Interpreting and updating technical plans and schematics using AutoCAD or Civil 3D
Monitoring construction activities to ensure compliance with engineering standards
Estimating project costs, quantities, and material requirements
Participating in meetings with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders
Supporting environmental, health and safety (EHS) compliance
Performing calculations and analysis under supervision
Documenting project progress and maintaining records
ABOUT YOU
To maximise your chances of securing a job offer during or after your internship, you should have:
A degree or final-year enrolment in Civil Engineering or related discipline
A strong understanding of engineering principles and construction practices
Basic proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, or similar
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Eagerness to learn and contribute to team projects
A proactive attitude, with attention to detail and commitment to safety
