About the Role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, this is a varied and engaging role where you will:
Manage front office duties and presentation of administrative areas
Serve as the first point of contact, providing a professional and welcoming front-of-house experience
Process accounts payable invoices and prepare creditor payments
Provide administrative support and data entry across departments
Assist senior management with administrative tasks as required
Skills And Experiences
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
Friendly, professional, and confident in a customer-facing role
Highly organised with strong time management skills
Proactive with a positive, can-do attitude
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experienced in or willing to learn accounts payable processes
Experience with EZY Wine is advantageous but not essential.
Entry-level and experienced candidates are both encouraged to apply.
