THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Part Time Administration Officer to support our Office Manager and Design Manager at our Kent Town studio.
This role is a perfect opportunity for someone with school pickup/dropoff commitments as the role provides flexible working hours between 9am and 5pm, Wednesday to Friday.
The ideal candidate will bring strong administrative skills, a proactive mindset, and a solid understanding of the Architectural and Engineering industry.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES
Answer incoming calls, emails and client enquiries
Prepare customer quotes and invoices
Assist with MYOB bookkeeping processes including accounts payable and receivable
Maintain accurate client and supplier records and follow up outstanding payments
Coordinate client meetings for the management team
General office administration including filing and document management
Greet visitors with a warm welcome
QUALIFICATIONS | EXPERIENCE | CAPABILITIES
Solid experience in an administrative role supporting a team
Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Experience with MYOB and Synergy software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Knowledge and understating of the Architectural and Engineering Industry and building project stages (preferred)
Proactive, positive and solutions focused mindset
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
