Requirements
Role Summary
The Project Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale Identity and Access Management (IAM) transformation program, leading the transition from a legacy identity platform to Microsoft Entra ID.
The role will oversee project governance, stakeholder engagement, delivery assurance, risk management, migration planning, and successful transition into business-as-usual operations.
Key Responsibilities

Lead overall project planning, execution, governance and reporting activities.
·
Manage project scope, schedule, resources, dependencies, risks and issues.
·
Establish and maintain governance forums, steering committees and project reporting mechanisms.
·
Coordinate business, technology, security, infrastructure and vendor teams.
·
Manage stakeholder engagement across executive, business and technical audiences.
·
Develop and maintain integrated project plans, milestones and delivery roadmaps.
·
Oversee discovery, architecture, implementation, migration, testing, cutover and hypercare workstreams.
·
Ensure delivery quality, compliance with organizational standards and achievement of agreed project outcomes.
·
Facilitate decision-making, risk mitigation and issue resolution.
·
Manage transition readiness,



operational handover and project closure activities.
·
Drive proactive communication and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Experience
·
10+ years of project management experience delivering enterprise technology transformation programs.
·
Proven experience managing Identity and Access Management (IAM) or cybersecurity projects.
·
Experience delivering cloud transformation, digital identity or Microsoft technology initiatives.
·
Robust experience managing multi-vendor and cross-functional delivery teams.
·
Demonstrated success in stakeholder management at executive and operational levels.
·
Experience in complex enterprise environments with large-scale application and user migrations.
Technical Knowledge
·
Identity and Access Management concepts.
·
Microsoft Entra ID / Azure Active Directory.
·
Identity Governance and Administration (IGA).
·
Single Sign-On (SSO), MFA and Conditional Access.
·
Hybrid identity environments.
·
Project governance and risk management frameworks.
Preferred Certifications
·
PMP
·
PRINCE2 Practitioner
·
Agile Project Management Certification
·
MSP (Managing Successful Programmes)
·
ITIL Foundation or above
Duration: 06 Months
