About the Role
Step into a fast-paced hospital setting where you keep admin flow smooth across ED and wards.
You manage workload, build strong team links, create effective processes and maintain accurate records while supporting quality patient care.
Duties
• Coordinate daily admin workload across teams
• Manage patient records and data accuracy
• Liaise with nursing, clinical staff and stakeholders
• Support ED, wards and unit admin tasks
• Monitor task progress and meet timeframes
• Assist patients, families and visitors
• Maintain clear communication across teams
About You
You bring a calm, capable approach to busy clinical settings and know how to keep admin running smoothly while supporting patients and teams with care and professionalism.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Use Microsoft Office tools with confidence
• Manage workload, prioritise and meet deadlines
• Handle sensitive info with care and discretion
• Adapt quickly, solve problems and support team work
