Our jobs aren't just about giving guests a smooth check-in and check-out.

You will assist in providing our guests with the luxury '

' experience; helping to provide memorable and unique experiences any hour.
You must have a focus on Loyalty and Guest Service, and require experience in the following:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Experience in a similar role within a hotel environment
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Energised in a fast-paced environment
Familiar with Opera property management system
Post charges, process payments (cash, card, checks), and complete night audit procedures.
Run backups, roll system date, and generate required reports
Check in guests and assign rooms
Activate/reissue room keys and handle telephone operations including wake-up calls and message
Maintain confidentiality, follow company policies, and support team goals
Must be available to work Overnight Shifts
