An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced
Electrical Project Manager
to oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial and industrial electrical projects across Perth.
This position is ideal for a technically strong, organised and motivated skilled who can successfully coordinate projects, lead site teams and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors and suppliers.

About the Role
As the Electrical Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing electrical projects from initial planning and procurement through to delivery, commissioning and handover.
Projects may include:
Shopping centres
Warehouses and factories
Childcare facilities
Retirement facilities
Car yards and haulage centres
Waste treatment plants
Apartment complexes
Council properties
Food-processing plants
Recycling centres
Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate and deliver electrical projects safely, on time and within budget
Manage project schedules, labour, materials, subcontractors and procurement
Lead, motivate and support supervisors, tradespeople and project teams
Review electrical drawings, specifications, scopes and technical documentation
Monitor project costs, variations, progress claims and financial performance
Liaise with clients, consultants, builders, suppliers and other stakeholders
Coordinate site activities and resolve technical or operational issues
Ensure all works comply with relevant electrical standards, regulations and safety requirements
Maintain accurate project records, reports and documentation
Conduct progress meetings and provide regular project updates
Oversee testing, commissioning, defects and final project handover
Use project-management software to track scheduling, costing and project performance
About You
To be successful, you will require:
Demonstrated experience managing commercial or industrial electrical projects
A current
WA Electrical Licence
Strong electrical and technical knowledge
Proven ability to lead and motivate project teams
Excellent organisation, planning and time-management skills
Strong computer literacy and reporting capabilities
Commercial awareness, including budgeting, forecasting and cost control
Confident communication and stakeholder-management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
Strong commitment to safety, quality and compliance
Simpro experience is highly advantageous
