Senior Project Manager
to join our Project Services team on
a permanent basis
, where you will be responsible for supporting projects for some of our largest Australian clients.
About the Opportunity
Join our Business Efficiency team as a Senior Project Manager and lead transformative IT initiatives that shape our organization's future.
Based in Melbourne, this role offers the chance to manage complex, high-value projects while working with cutting-edge technology and diverse stakeholders across the business.
What You'll Do
Lead end-to-end delivery of IT programs exceeding $5M+ AUD, from business case development through to post-implementation review
Apply expert knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies to optimize project outcomes
Manage cross-functional teams including Architects, Engineers, Business Analysts, and Testers
Present project health, risks, and ROI to executive stakeholders and steering committees
Oversee vendor relationships and contract negotiations with external service providers




Ensure compliance with Australian cybersecurity standards and data privacy requirements
What We're Looking For
10+ years IT industry experience with 5-7 years in project leadership roles
Proven track record managing project budgets between $2M-$10M+ AUD
Advanced proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps
Experience with Earned Value Management and complex financial modeling
Background in cloud migrations or major ERP/CRM implementations
Strong stakeholder influence and team leadership capabilities
