Strong proficiency with Google Docs and Sheets

Responsibilities:




Research & pursue new avenues and tactics both in-person and online for reaching potential clients
Source resumes using job boards, career sites, and social media to find quality candidates
Negotiate when necessary
Schedule and conduct interviews for posted positions
Coordinate the arrangement of 2nd interviews with restaurant leadership
Use applicant tracking system to manage recruiting process
Manage reference checking for applicants when necessary
Notify applicants of the status of their application, whether acceptance or rejection
Build and maintain strong relationships with local colleges, high schools, churches, and other organizations for recruitment purposes
Manage referral program for current team members, if applicable
Effectively influence potential candidates to pursue opportunities with the company
Demonstrate knowledge of the brand(s)
Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
All other duties as assigned
