We have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join our Casual pool as a member of the multidisciplinary team in the hinterland of Byron Bay.

As you will liaise with residents, staff, referrers, medical professionals and other key stakeholders to facilitate the smooth operation of the program, strong clinical, administration and communication skills are necessary.
You will be joining an experienced and passionate clinical team that comprises of a Clinical Director, Consultant Psychiatrist, Psychiatrist Registrar, Nurse Practitioner, Nurses, Primary / Group Therapists, Care and Support Staff.

About Us:
Set in the serene hinterland of Byron Bay, Byron Private is a holistic,



community based residential program offering specialised support for individuals navigating challenges such as addiction, mental health concerns, trauma, PTSD, and disordered eating.
Clinical management is structured around individualised care planning that addresses the expressed needs, goals and aspirations of the person receiving treatment.
We provide comprehensive medical and therapeutic care alongside a wellbeing program of meditation, yoga, nutrition and fitness.
About You:
Coupled with your clinical skills, the successful applicant will love working in a team environment, be an excellent communicator and possess solid interpersonal skills.
You value working autonomously and have a creative and proactive approach to your work.
You must possess the following to be considered for the role:
Professional registration AHPRA
Clinical experience in mental health and / or drug and alcohol
Minimum 1 year experience in relevant field
Valid driver's licence and own car
Full Australian working rights
Desirable but not necessary:
Postgraduate qualification in mental health and / or drug and alcohol
Experience providing care in a residential setting
