About the role:
The Director of Marketing will lead a team of multi-skilled marketing professionals across Australia and New Zealand in the agriculture, construction, forestry, turf, golf and rural living sectors.
They will be tasked with building a stronger brand through strategic advertising campaigns, significant regional and local events, internal communications, content marketing, community investment and more.
Tasks and responsibilities include:
Develop and execute Brandt's communication and advertising strategies for Australia and New Zealand.
Enhance lead generation and drive customer acquisition across all business sectors, including Agriculture, Construction, Forestry, Turf, and Golf.
Oversee internal creative teams and manage relationships with external creative vendors.
Collaborate with operations to effectively plan and support tradeshows, field days, demo days, and other industry events, ensuring a strong brand presence.
Support operations in creating and maintaining robust community investment plans for each location.




Implement a cohesive strategy that aligns our business objectives with the goals of our customers and communities.
Proactively develop and execute public relations strategies to increase brand awareness and understanding within the communities we serve.
Work closely with the Canadian team to ensure strategy alignment, address website improvements and bug fixes, and manage ongoing maintenance and continuous improvement efforts.

About you:
10+ years of experience in a marketing, communications, or related field.
5+ years of people management experience.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Good organization and time management skills.
Willingness to travel from time to time.
