About the role
We are
seeking
experienced
Medical/Surgical and General Ward
Registered Nurses to support healthcare facilities across the Northern Territory.
These positions offer the opportunity to work in a variety of
Med
ical
/Surg
ical and general
settings while contributing to high-quality patient outcomes in regional and remote communities.
Key responsibilities:




Deliver high-quality care within acute medical/surgical and general ward environments
Assess, monitor and evaluate patients with acute and chronic medical and surgical conditions
Administer, medications, intravenous therapies, and treatments as required
Recognise and respond promptly to changes in patient condition, escalating care when appropriate
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver best-practice patient care
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to facility protocols

you'll
need
Current AHPRA Registration (Registered Nurse Division 1)
Minimum 1-year nursing experience
Experience in medical, surgical and general ward settings
Ability to work confidently in fast-paced clinical environments
