14/7 Roster | Flights Provided | DIDO Options Available for locals
Line Chefs – 14 days on / 7 days off | $93,138 salary + superannuation
Flights provided from Sydney

The Position:
Prepare high-quality, buffet-style bulk meals (Breakfast & Crib Lunch OR Dinner & Desserts)
Work collaboratively with chefs, kitchen utilities, and dining room staff to deliver exceptional service to village residents
Maintain safe food handling and workplace safety standards
Ensure catering controls are met and minimise food wastage
Provide guidance and support to kitchen team members
Contribute to a positive workplace culture and high levels of customer service
The Person:
Strong team player with the ability to multitask in a rapid-paced environment




Trade-qualified Chef (Cert III in Commercial Cookery minimum)
Proven experience in bulk catering / large-scale cooking environments
Sound knowledge of kitchen operations and procedures
White Card (or willingness to obtain)
Current National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
Valid identification (Passport or Birth Certificate + Photo ID)
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
