About the Role
As a Customer Relationship Specialist, you'll play a key role in supporting customers with overdue accounts while developing valuable industry skills:
Optimise a portfolio of overdue accounts from Australian institutions
Contact customers via inbound & outbound calls to discuss outstanding balances
Use up-to-date tools and systems and apply skip tracing techniques to locate and support customers




Work with customers to understand their situation and negotiate realistic repayment solutions
Maintain accurate records and operate within strict compliance and regulatory guidelines
Build rapport while handling sensitive financial conversations professionally
Work towards achievable targets in a supportive, team-driven environment
Skills & Experience:
Strong verbal communication skills and confidence speaking on the phone
Negotiation and influencing skills
Emotional intelligence/empathy when dealing with customers
Resilience – you can handle challenging conversations in high volume call centre environment
Motivation to achieve targets and grow your earnings
Attention to detail, data accuracy, and willingness to learn compliance requirements
