Provide overall leadership and direction across all site operations, including catering, accommodation, cleaning, and facilities
Deliver commercial outcomes, including budget management, cost control, and financial reporting
Build and maintain robust client partnerships and act as the key point of contact on site
Lead high-performing,



multidisciplinary teams, driving engagement, capability, and retention
Ensure full compliance with contractual, safety (HSEQ), and regulatory requirements
Oversee workforce planning, rostering, and operational efficiencies
Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with service excellence
Assistant Site Manager
Support the Site Manager in day-to-day operational leadership and site performance
Coordinate teams across departments to ensure consistent service delivery standards
Assist with budget tracking, reporting, and cost optimisation
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and food safety (HACCP) standards
Act as a key escalation point for operational matters and support stakeholder engagement
Contribute to workforce planning, onboarding, and team development
