We are looking for a skilled Civil Designer to join our
Civil and Water team at Bligh Tanner.

+ The Role
You'll join an established team of designers within our
broader Civil + Water group of more than 20 engineers and designers.
We'll
support your growth through exposure to a wide range of complex and engaging
projects, spanning civil infrastructure, urban development, and parks,
recreation and public space projects.
Your responsibilities will include:
Concept, preliminary and detailed design of civil works
Detailed design of earthworks, erosion and sediment control,
roads, drainage, water and sewer infrastructure
Preparation of schedules of quantities
Producing high quality design documentation as part of a
collaborative team
Providing technical support to the civil design and drafting
team
+ What we'd like
Experience in road/civil infrastructure design (4 years
minimum)
Strong skills using AutoCAD software packages
Intermediate Civil design skills and experience using the
12D Model software




Good technical ability with SEQ codes and standards
Excellent communication and computer skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work
with minimal supervision
Relevant tertiary qualifications are required (associate
degree or higher)
