This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team in a fixed-term role covering a period of parental leave, supporting our aftersales operations and delivering exceptional service to our valued customers.
The Role
Reporting to the
Service Customer Interactions Senior Team Leader
, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer enquiries and proactively contacting existing customers to secure service bookings.
Working as part of a collaborative team, you will support the aftersales departments across Sime Motors by providing outstanding customer service in a proactive and informative manner while contributing to key business objectives.
What We Need From You
Excellent verbal communication skills
Reliable with a strong work ethic
Confident and professional telephone manner with exceptional customer service skills
Ability to manage a high volume of calls
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills




Ability to work effectively in a team environment
