The Narre Warren South Campus is seeking a full-time Personal Assistant to the Head of Secondary.
This is a 12-month parental leave fixed term contract, commencing in October ****.
This vital role provides comprehensive support to the Head of Secondary and plays a key part in enhancing the operations of our Secondary sub-school.
We are looking for a candidate who excels at multitasking, possesses strong communication skills, and has a keen attention to detail.

You are an ideal candidate if you:
Bring previous experience as a Personal Assistant, ideally in an educational setting (will be highly regarded)
Take a versatile and proactive approach to your work, anticipating needs and solving problems independently, ensuring smooth operations
Have high level organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Have good administrative and Microsoft Office 365 skills.
Experience with school management software such as Synergetic will be highly regarded.
Have excellent problem-solving skills
Enjoy working in a team environment
