Your role will include:
Leading sustainability/ESD projects and providing expert advice to clients
Developing new business opportunities and building strong client relationships
Managing projects from concept through to completion,
ensuring best-practice sustainability outcomes
Mentoring junior staff and contributing to a collaborative, innovative culture
About you:
2-3+ years' experience in ESD/green building consultancy or building services
Proven business development skills with a client-focused mindset
Strong technical knowledge of sustainability practices, NABERS, Green Star, and similar frameworks
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ambitious, self-motivated, and ready to take ownership of a new office
