We're looking for
Casual Beauty Advisor's
to support and redefine what beauty retail can be.
Ideally, you are a
certified Makeup Artist.
If you thrive on building from the ground up, shaping culture, and delivering unforgettable experiences — this is your moment!
We have available shifts Thursday to Sunday (must be available on Saturdays),
especially across peak seasonal periods
Role & Responsibilities:
Champion the customer journey by ensuring a warm, consultative, and inclusive setting
Perform makeup and beauty services for customers, delivering tailored, professional experiences
Ensure high visual and operational standards across the store
Support the delivery of in-store activations, influencer events, and beauty service experiences
Act as the key brand ambassador for BeautyBar in the local community
Skills & Experience:
Cert II in Retail Cosmetics
or similar (required)
Proven experience in Makeup or Beauty Therapy, especially within retail, beauty, or service-driven environments
A passion for the beauty and wellness industry, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction




Experience delivering exceptional in-store experiences through services or events
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
