Whether you're an established Venue Manager looking for your next challenge or an experienced Assistant Manager ready to take the next step, we'd love to hear from you.
The Role
Working closely with our senior operations team, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day operation of your venue and play an important role in its overall performance, culture and guest experience.

Identifying opportunities to improve venue performance, service and profitability
About You

You'll ideally bring:
Previous management experience within hospitality, bars, pubs, restaurants or nightlife
Strong people leadership and communication skills
Experience working in a fast-paced or high-volume environment
A good understanding of rostering, wages and venue financial performance
Strong operational and compliance standards
Current Queensland RSA
Confidence managing difficult situations and making sound decisions during service
A hands-on leadership style and willingness to lead from the floor
A genuine interest in developing people and building a strong venue culture
High-volume and late-night experience will be highly regarded for some of our venues, but our portfolio is diverse.
We're equally interested in strong operators from restaurant,

pub and bar backgrounds.
A current First Aid Certificate, RMLV and Approved Manager is highly regarded, but they aren't essential at the time of application.
Please note for the right candidate, we're happy to support you in obtaining the relevant qualifications and accreditations required for your role.
The Benefits
Joining Artesian means becoming part of a larger hospitality group where your career doesn't have to stop at one venue.
As our venues and people continue to develop, there are opportunities to progress into larger venues, experience different concepts and move into more senior operational roles across the group.
You'll also enjoy:
Performance-based bonus opportunity of $21,000–$42,000 per annum, depending on the management position
50% staff discount across Artesian Hospitality venues
Genuine career progression across multiple venues and concepts
Support from an experienced senior operations team
