These positions will commence on a
casual basis
, with the potential to progress into full-time employment for the right candidates.
What We're Looking For
Full Australian working rights
Relevant commercial cookery qualification and/or demonstrated commercial kitchen experience
Approximately 1–3 years' experience depending on the position
Experience working with Italian cuisine highly regarded
Strong understanding of food preparation, quality and kitchen organisation
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Excellent attention to detail and pride in presentation
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
High standards of cleanliness, hygiene and professionalism
Completion of
Food Handler Basics Training
Completion of
All About Allergens training




Flexibility to work across weekdays, evenings and weekends
Highly Regarded Experience
Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
Fresh pasta production
Wood-fired pizza preparation
Pastry and dessert production
Italian seafood preparation
Experience working across hot section, grill or larder
Previous experience in busy premium restaurants
What You'll Be Doing
Prepare and present consistently high-quality dishes
Take ownership of your section during preparation and service
Follow recipes, portioning and presentation standards
Maintain excellent food safety, cleanliness and kitchen organisation
Assist with stock rotation and waste minimisation
Work closely with chefs across multiple kitchen sections
Support junior team members where appropriate
Contribute to smooth, efficient and skilled services
Bring energy, care and consistency to every shift
