About the role
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented
Mechanical Engineering Technician
to join our dynamic team.
In this role, youll support engineers in the testing and maintenance of agricultural mechanical systems and components.
Youll play a critical part in ensuring continuity of mechanical systems and components in real-world applications!
Responsibilities
Assist the team in testing and maintenance of mechanical systems, prototypes, and components
Set up, operate, and maintain testing and maintenance equipment
Document testing and maintenance procedures, data, and results accurately




Support troubleshooting and repair of mechanical systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Technical Support, Workshop and Field Teams
Qualifications
Associate degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology or related field - Agricultural Background and Experience (5+ years preferred)
5+ years of experience in a mechanical/technical role (internships count!)
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with testing and maintenance processes and technical documentation
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
