Overview / Responsibilities
Wood is currently recruiting for an Executive Assistant to support to two key senior leaders of our business.
This newly created position is based in Perth, is an immediate requirement and offered on a full-time staff basis.
In this role you will manage multiple activities and have the experience and ability to interact at senior levels of the organisation with confidence.
Confidentiality and the ability to address competing priorities are essential parts of the role.
You will be
required to manage multiple diaries and coordinate critical meetings, influencing stakeholders to achieve workable outcomes using a variety of established processes and company protocols.
Effective interpersonal communication that illustrates a supportive yet focused approach, working together with others toward agreed objectives will underpin your approach in this role.
Some o
ther aspects of the role include:
Providing general coordination and administration which may include minute taking, diary management, travel arrangements and arranging facilities and equipment as necessary
Acting as a focal point for cross-functional queries such as finance and invoicing, procurement, IT and real estate
Undertaking event coordination and meeting preparation and meeting management for internal and external functions
Coordination of information and content for reports, briefing papers and presentations
Maintenance of documents, databases, records and presentation materials

Qualifications
Significant previous executive administration experience, ideally with senior management within a large organisation
Demonstrated excellence in all forms of communication
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work on own initiative and to deadlines often with competing priorities in a dynamic environment
Solid and effective knowledge of Microsoft 365 - MS Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Ability to identify when initiative is required, or when to refer for guidance
Demonstrated ability to establish positive rapport and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and external contacts
Professional attitude, with confidentiality as an essential skill and constant professional habit
