Key Responsibilities

- Manageinvestoronboarding,includingapplicationprocessing,KYC/ AMLchecks,andrecordmaintenance
- Processtransactionssuchassubscriptions,distributions,and redemptions
- Supportinvestorqueriesviaphoneandemailwithclear,skilled communication




- Prepareinvestorreports,statements,andfunddocumentation
- Assistwithreconciliations,fundoperations,andreportingactivities
- Maintainaccuratedata,tracktasks,andsupportprocessimprovement

- You Strong Excelskills(Pivot Tables,lookups,dataanalysis)
- Highattentiontodetailandstrongnumericalability
- Clearandprofessionalcommunicationskills
- Well-organisedwiththeabilitytomanagemultiplepriorities
- Experienceinaprocess-drivenenvironment(e.g.banking,accounting,superannuation, propertyorlegaladmin)
