Estia Health is seeking a Regional Planning and Rostering Specialist to optimise rosters for our aged care homes across multiple regions in Australia. The role focuses on forecasting capacity and designing Rostering strategies that align with business rules, safety protocols and legislation.
You’ll forecast staffing needs up to 12 months ahead, publish rosters, and work with stakeholders to ensure effective staff deployment and high resident care standards across the network.
